Charles Mutton Reserve, Creedon Street Fawkner 

Moreland City Council is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the following works:

  1. Upgrade the existing public toilet;

  2. Refurbish the Athletic pavilion toilets

A site inspection will be held Tuesday 30 January 2018 at 8.30am to 11.30am at Charles Mutton Reserve, Creedon Street, Fawkner. The public toilets are off Creedon Street and the Athletic pavilion toilets are off Trryell Crescent, Fawkner will be open for inspection.

Tenderers are reminded that a tender is submitted via "Lodge Response" tab and clicking on "Upload File" box. It is preferred if all tender files are compressed (zipped) under one file name and uploaded as one or single file response. 

Tenderers are reminded that a tender is not submitted until (1) the "Save" button is selected, and then (2) "Press to Finalise your Online Bid" is pressed.  

Tenderers are reminded to view the "Forum" regularly to review any public notices or addenda which may be issued during the tender period.  Advice of document amendments will be issued via the Forum, however the documents will be updated in the Tender Documents tab.

Submissions will only be accepted via Council's etendering system with a preferred maximum data Upload File of no more than 20mg Email, facsimiles, hard copy and late submissions will not be accepted.

It is the responsibility of the tenderer to ensure that tenders are received by the closing date/time. Please note that we recommend you should commence uploading your tender at least 2 - 3 hours prior to the submission time to avoid any technical difficulties.   

Questions must be submitted via the forum on this site and Council Officers are not to be contacted directly. Questions submitted by phone, email, fax or hard copy may not receive a response.  Questions submitted three (3) working days before close time, may not receive a response.

Moreland City Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any tender.

Only contact Moreland City Council via the Forum once registered for the tender unless experiencing technical difficulties.  For technical difficulties tenderers must contact the helpdesk only, do not contact Council Officers directly please.
